Gayle:
“I love what I do for so many reasons, but nothing brings me more job satisfaction and pleasure than seeing my adult swimmers overcome their fear of water. Watching them put their heads in, improve their breathing, and even swim out of their depth fills me with joy. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a part of their journey and to witness their progress firsthand. Some feedback from a swimmer recently.”

“I just wanted to share a win with you. I started swimming lessons with @Gv3 so I could jump of the boat when on holiday and yesterday I did that while snorkelling! In Bali of all places!! I couldn’t go under water as I can’t swim like that haha but I swam along the top. Thank you so much Gayle ”

CLIENT SUCCESS IN 2023

At the start of 2023 I set myself a target of an olympic distance triathlon but was a very bad swimmer. I could manage a length or two of freestyle and suffered from panic with my head under water. Weekly group lessons and a couple of 1-1 lessons with Gayle have helped me conquer my anxiety and become a much better swimmer (still a work on progress). I did the 1500m swim at Hever Castle tri in September 7 mins faster than my target time and actually enjoyed it! Gayle is a great coach and it's a very supportive group.

I have been training with GV3 for a couple of years now and wanted to push myself in an open water event. I got a place on the Swim Serpentine 2 miler in Sept 2023 and my weekly swim drills along with visits to open water sites near home helped me build technique, endurance and confidence to complete 3,200m - on fact in training I managed 4km, so obviously the next goal is a 10km!
Thank you to Gayle and the GV3 coaches for supporting my ongoing swim journey!

" I had been swimming at school with Gayle Vickers for many years and decided to take part in Swim Serpentine this September to push myself in my first open water event. I got a place in the Swim Serpentine 1 miler and swam and raised money for the Alzheimer’s society. I visited Quay Swim first with Miss Vickers alongside coming to the Tuesday evening sessions. My next goal is to hopefully do the 2 mile swim next year! Thank you to Gayle and her team for supporting me".
