HIIT, CORE, STRENGTH AND BARRE

About the online classes:

Classes take place weekly and last for around 45 minutes.

All classes are run by myself on Zoom, they are all small group sessions.

  • Strength class:

    The strength class is a great way of increasing your overall strength and fitness. Classes include strength work for specific muscle groups, cardio efforts and stretches.

    Typical class timetable:

    • Warm up

    • Strength set

    • Cardio round

    • Strength Set

    • Specific muscle group effort

    • Cool down

    In between the different efforts there are of course dedicated rests!

  • Friday mornings centre mainly around the core with the addition of some specific muscle group exercises.
