St Teresa’s is just 20 minutes from Guildford town centre.

The camp will take place at St Teresa’s School in Effingham, taking advantage of the schools excellent facilities, including the 25m swimming pool. In addition, the school grounds, allow for a fantastic bike course.

In addition to the camp, if required you can book you child onto wrap around care - which will run at either side of the camp itself.

The camp will include:

✓         Swimming technique & coaching to prepare for open water swimming or triathlon events in swimming pools.
✓         Bike handling & cycling skills for safe and faster racing.
✓         Running technique, drills and fun games to improve speed and endurance.
✓         Transition practice – (the fourth discipline!)

Core Triathlon Camp: 10:30am – 3:30pm

Wrap-Around Care. AM: 9:30 – 10:30am PM: 3:30 – 4:30pm
